Links with National Museums: In 2000 Time Travellers won a Millenium Skills Award to send director Elaine Parker to work with the Interpretation department of the National Railway Museum at York. This resulted in the development of a Time Travellers/NRM co-production. Content Driven Street Theatre: Time Travellers was commissioned by Stockton Museums Service to devise an interpretive performance for the summer 2000 Stockton International Riverside Festival. The play: Chuffing Locomotion was rated, both by client and audiences, as highly succesfull. Interpreting Difficult Issues: In 2001 Time Travellers developed a programme for Key Stage 2 on the Holocaust for the DLI Museum and Art Gallery which discussed the Kindertransport. |
